This privacy policy forms the basis for processing personal data and provides information about what type of user data is collected by La Pasteria and how La Pasteria uses this data. In this context, it is sometimes necessary to use so-called cookies. Analytics cookies are only used with your consent. The data they collect is pseudonymous: your browser is recognised by a random identifier in a cookie, not by your name, and Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. La Pasteria may use the following third-party providers for this purpose, some of which have their own privacy policies over which La Pasteria has no influence: **Google Privacy Policy** Data that users transmit themselves as users of the website may be used by La Pasteria for the purpose of improving the website as well as individual user support. This includes, among other things, sending information, offers or notifications regarding the product range or services. The La Pasteria newsletter is only sent if the user wishes it (newsletter opt-in procedure). ### Google Analytics La Pasteria uses Google Analytics 4 through Firebase Analytics, a web analytics service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics is only loaded once you consent to analytics cookies in the cookie banner. Without your consent no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google. It records the pages visited (without parameters in the address, except campaign identifiers such as utm\_source) and their titles, the previously visited page, information about your browser and device, page loading measurements, clicks on phone, e-mail, WhatsApp or map links (only the kind of link, never the number or address), clicks on the table reservation and online ordering links, general usage statistics and the fact that the contact form was sent, but not its content. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. For visitors from Switzerland and the EU the data is collected on servers in the EU; any transfer to Google LLC in the USA relies on the Swiss-U.S. and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Google is certified. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer of the website. For more information, see Google's privacy policy: [**https://policies.google.com/privacy **](https://policies.google.com/privacy) ### Contact form When you write to us through the contact form – including enquiries about vouchers and group menus – your browser sends your first and last name, your e-mail address and your message to our server, along with your phone number and a subject if you give them. We use this information solely to answer your enquiry. Our server runs as a Google Firebase Cloud Function (a Google service) in the Zurich region. It does not keep your enquiry in a database of its own; it places two e-mails – your confirmation of receipt and the notification to us – as documents in a sending queue in Cloud Firestore, the Google Firebase database. The Firebase extension «Trigger Email» sends them from there through the SMTP server of our e-mail provider, which is based in Switzerland. Your enquiry thus reaches us as an e-mail, and a copy of your confirmation goes to our mailbox. The two documents in the sending queue are deleted automatically after one year. ### Cloudflare Turnstile To protect the contact form against spam and automated requests, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. As soon as the form becomes visible on the contact page, your browser loads the security check from Cloudflare's servers. In doing so, your IP address and technical information about your browser and device are sent to Cloudflare to tell whether the request comes from a human. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process. The result of the check is sent to our server with your enquiry and confirmed there with Cloudflare; without a passed check the enquiry is not accepted. According to Cloudflare, the data is used only to fend off abuse and not for advertising. We use Turnstile on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure contact form. The map loads as soon as you scroll near it. Your browser then sends your IP address and technical information about your browser and device to Google, and Google learns which page of our website you visited. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process. We have no influence on how Google processes this data further. When you open the page, your browser loads the tour from CloudPano's servers and sends your IP address and technical information about your browser and device in the process. We have no influence on how CloudPano processes this data; CloudPano's privacy policy applies. ### Social Media Content La Pasteria may use social media plugins on its website, e.g. from Facebook, Google+ or Twitter. Furthermore, various browsers can be set up or supplemented with add-ons (e.g. Facebook blocker) so that social media plugins are not loaded. ### Sharing of Your Data La Pasteria as well as any subsidiaries and branch offices in the corporate group may use personal data in accordance with this privacy policy. Beyond this, personal data is not disclosed to third parties. Exceptions to this are when the user has consented to the disclosure of data to companies not affiliated with La Pasteria or when La Pasteria is legally, officially or judicially obligated to do so. Also when service providers who support La Pasteria in data processing, website management or in other ways as well as in providing the products and services requested by the user are involved.
